MAINTENANCE
We do for you:
- Technical maintenance (Regular ventilation, checking the correctness of installations, running water through plumbing installations, troubleshooting, taking care of meter readings and paying bills...)

- Organization and supervision of works and repairs on the property
- Any intervention at the owner's request
- After each intervention, we submit a written report with photo documentation to the property owner.
ASSISTANCE WHEN RENTING

Contact us with full confidence. We will find tenants or seasonal guests for you, prepare your property for rent, obtain the categorization of the building and all necessary permits for you.
KEYHOLDING
The service of keeping or depositing the key is aimed at all owners of apartments, flats and holiday homes who do not stay in the mentioned real estate for most of the year, as well as for investors who sell the real estate. According to practical experience, due to many situations when it is necessary to unlock the property, the owners are not able to be present.

SILVER PACKAGE

- detailed tour and inspection of the property (inside and outside) ONCE a month, and a special tour in case of bad weather
- submission of a monthly report on the condition of the property via e-mail, along with sending photos and videos
- airing the house (about three hours), and watering flowers and other plants (as needed)
- keeping the key (keeping the house key in our safe) which is available to third parties, friends and guests upon receiving approval from the owner
GOLDEN PACKAGE
from 120 EUR / month.
- detailed tour and inspection of the property (inside and outside) TWICE a month, and a special tour in case of bad weather
- submission of a monthly report on the condition of the property via e-mail, along with sending photos and videos
- water and electricity meter reading
- collection of mail and invoices, and their payment or forwarding (by agreement)
- airing the house (about three hours), and watering flowers and other plants (as needed)
- checking the correctness of installations and technical equipment (gas, electricity, water, systems: alarm, cooling, heating...)
- checking and replacing light bulbs (if necessary)
- a detailed check of possible damage, the appearance of moisture or parasites inside or outside the property
- running water in all faucets and cisterns in order to prevent the formation of scale and unpleasant odors
- mowing the grass and cleaning the leaves

- a detailed tour and inspection of the property (inside and outside) ONCE A WEEK, and a special tour in case of bad weather
- submission of a monthly report on the condition of the property via e-mail, along with sending photos and videos
- airing the house (about three hours), and watering flowers and other plants (as needed)
- checking the correctness of installations and technical equipment (gas, electricity, water, systems: alarm, cooling, heating...)
- checking and replacing light bulbs (if necessary)
- running water in all faucets and cisterns in order to prevent the formation of scale and unpleasant odors
- a detailed check of possible damage, the appearance of moisture or parasites inside or outside the property
- 24-hour on-call service (engagement of craftsmen to remove the malfunction as soon as possible)
- garden maintenance (trimming the hedge, mowing the grass, cleaning leaves and dirt, tending the orchard)
- exterior cleaning including pool, driveway and outdoor patios
- general cleaning immediately before the owner's arrival (this service includes a thorough cleaning of the property, including cleaning windows and curtains, and placing clean bed linen and towels)*
- keeping the key (keeping the house key in our safe) which is available to third parties, friends and guests upon receiving approval from the owner

- welcoming and seeing off guests
- introducing guests to the garden, interior, and inventory of the property
- organizing transport for guests to and from airports
- billing on behalf of the owner for real estate use services
